Career Services and Career Planning
The Committee counsels and assists FEI members and potential members who are currently or soon-to-be in-transition job applicants, as well as those who may be working but are seeking other opportunities. Additionally, our programs, speakers and topics assist in career planning and networking for financial executives. The Committee’s focuses include resume preparation, networking, interviewing skills, in-transition topics, and setting objectives and goals. The Committee and its on-line website and database also act as a clearinghouse for job opportunities posted by recruiters and FEI members and attempts to match candidates on its roster with the qualifications and experiences called for in job postings. The Career Services database allows us to match position requirements for recruiters on a confidential basis. Via monthly meetings, the Committee plans and conducts a series of educational, networking, skill based and speaker/panel based activities and topics.
