Speaker Craig Thornton, Vice President of Reebok

 

 

 

 

A 20-year veteran of the adidas/Reebok company, Craig Thornton is the Vice President of Finance for the Reebok brand. Craig is responsible for the Financial operations of the Reebok brand globally as well as leading the business transformation efforts at Reebok.

 

Craig was born and raised on the West Coast, growing up in Portland, Oregon.  He graduated with a BS in accounting in 1999 from Western Oregon University and quickly joined adidas in Portland.   During his time with the company he has had a variety of roles that spanned both operation and finance.  For the first ten years of his career he found himself growing from an analyst to leading the purchasing and demand planning function of the adidas subsidiary for the USA. In 2006, he joined finance where by the time he moved to Boston in 2013 he was leading a significant portion of the finance functions for the US adidas subsidiary. In 2013, Craig was asked to move his family to Boston and lead the finance function for Reebok. During his time at Reebok, the organization has faced a significant amount of changes, where Craig has been the leading figure driving those changes and business improvements. Craig is married to wife Melissa, and they have to energetic daughters Reese 8, and Cadence 6.

Financial Executives International (FEI) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.

For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour. CANCELLATION policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to karenr@feiboston.org prior to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2018.  All cancellations will incur a $15 processing fee. We will not refund any cancellations made after the 10th.
