about this event

September is the start of the fall job hunting season. Are you going to use the same search strategies you have used in the past (with the same dismal results) or are you ready to invigorate your search with some innovative ideas?

In this highly interactive session we will take a (brief) look at traditional search techniques and why they don't work. Then we will look at a couple of entrepreneurial approaches that will differentiate you from other candidates:

First, looking at the CEO's perspective and what it means for you.

Second, throwing out the idea of a "job" search.

Third, how to think more strategically based on a short entrepreneurial quiz.

You will come out of this session with a different mindset and specific action items to energize your search.
