Jim Scammon, Vice President of Finance and Global Business Services, and Chief Financial Officer, Bose Corporation

 

In addition to his financial duties, Jim oversees the company’s enterprise risk management and global compliance functions. Prior to joining Bose in 1990, Jim was a financial analyst in the high tech industry. In his 27 years of experience at Bose, Jim has held senior level global roles across marketing, sales, and finance leadership. Jim has been relied upon to help drive the development and growth of new businesses and new markets. Prior to his current position, Jim was Vice President of Asia Pacific where he built a strong foundation that positioned the region for healthy growth. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Merrimack College and earned his Master of Business Administration degree at Babson College.

Financial Executives International (FEI) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour. CANCELLATION policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to karenr@feiboston.org prior to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 11, 2017.  All cancellations will incur a $15 processing fee. We will not refund any cancellations made after the 11th.
