Navigating the Challenges of the Brewing Industry

See what’s brewing at the Harpoon! Join us at The Harpoon Brewery & Beer Hall, located in Boston's Seaport District, to kick off our new season of events. The CFO of Harpoon Brewery, Warren Dibble, will discuss how he has navigated the challenges and opportunities during his 30 years with the organization. Enjoy beer, pretzels and pizza while visiting with FEI Boston members and business partners. We will also be offering a guided tour of the brewery.

Warren G. Dibble, Harpoon Brewery, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Warren Dibble graduated from the University of Vermont 1989 with a BA in Political Science. He started working at Mass Bay in 1989 as a bottler and truck driver before moving into sales and distribution management. After attending Boston University for finance and accounting coursework, he became Treasurer and Controller. He now serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Warren is on board of the Massachusetts Brewers Guild and Boston Marine Park Business Association. In 2014, he helped the brewery convert to become an employee-owned ESOP. In 2015, the Boston Business Journal named Warren the CFO of the Year.

Harpoon Brewery was started by three college friends in Boston in 1986. Since then, it has grown into one of the largest craft breweries in the United States, best known for its Harpoon India Pale Ale. Locally, Harpoon has become famous for their annual festivals that are held at the brewery. Harpoon also organizes an annual five-mile run to benefit The Angel Fund and the Harpoon Point to Point event to benefit the Vermont Food Bank.
