Awareness Unlocks Your Potential - Leverage Your Head, Heart and Briefcase during the Job Search Process

Have you ever held a position for which you were perfectly qualified, but in which you felt completely unfulfilled? Have you been in an organization where the values, communication norms, or decision-making processes felt completely out of step with your own? According to Harvard Business Review, 50-60% of executives fail within the first 18 months of being hired or promoted.  With this in mind, consider a job search that aligns with your values, appreciates your behavioral makeup and leverages your entire set of skills and strengths to increase the likelihood of a good fit.  Join us for this 1-hour session, and you will:

 • Develop a values road map to clarify what is most important to you when assessing positions, companies and job offers;

 • Learn how your behavioral preferences can inform your search process;

 • Develop interview questions to help ensure that prospective jobs align with your behavioral needs.
