Maximizing A Deal: Sell-Side Tax & Accounting Considerations

In this session, we will share best practices and planning strategies from three different viewpoints that businesses should be thinking about in preparing for sale: the tax perspective, accounting perspective, and business owner perspective. Join us as we discuss how to proactively assess these three areas and implement proven approaches that can have a significant impact on deal outcomes.
