Increasing Comfort & Confidence in a Virtual World to More Effectively Connect

Please join us for a discussion about “your audience" - "your desired result" -"your message".  In addition, Tom will provide a refresher about the importance of understanding the most common communication styles and when to use each one.  There will be at least one breakout session in which each group will identify and share one past interaction/story in which the communication style used was ineffective and how to modify the approach to increase the probability of a similar interaction being effective. Lastly, each attendee will be given the opportunity to share their 10 second elevator pitch, then Tom will briefly share ideas on how it can be improved.
